The Skylon Bar & Grill is the centre of activity in the hotel. The beautifully appointed split-level bar is traditionally designed to provide an intimate and cosy atmosphere.

For business or pleasure the Bar & Grill is the perfect choice for a quiet lunch or an evening meal. Food is served every day from 12.00am to 9.30pm.

Live music is featured in the Bar & Grill every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Legendary band Tropical Storm performs on the last Saturday of every month.
