“I did arrive early and was given a room promptly which was great and Staff did check in with me when they discovered i was in the midst of the refurbishment upstairs.. This did not impact on my stay at all noise levels were fine and no issues arose but was good that staff noticed.
Everyone was friendly and helpful although had to ask for all the information, ie Internet access, (was up and down to get pass codes as it wasn't explained that this changed daily) breakfast tickets wasn't made aware of this until i arrived for breakfast and was explained by the waiter, Also dinner where to go etc.”
