“I
did arrive early and was given a room promptly which was great and
Staff did check in with me when they discovered i was in the midst
of the refurbishment upstairs.. This did not impact on my stay at
all noise levels were fine and no issues arose but was good that
staff noticed.
Everyone
was friendly and helpful although had to ask for all the information,
ie Internet access, (was up and down to get pass codes as it wasn't
explained that this changed daily) breakfast tickets wasn't made
aware of this until i arrived for breakfast and was explained by the
waiter, Also dinner where to go etc.”

we liked best was the friendliness of the staff, and also the food ,
very tasty, plenty of it and at a reasonable cost and of course a
couple of great evenings with your resident comedian Charlie over a
few pints of "Irish wine."

hotel was very convenient to to the city for shopping. Very
accessable, very convenient for public transport. Above all it had
car parking. The cost was very reasonable and I would be very happy
to stay there again also the food was very good. I would have no
problem recomending the hotel to other people.”
